COMPASS PARTNERS
Compass Ministries is dedicated to partnering with families, schools, military branches, military chaplains, churches, ministries and other organizations in order to build strong families through effective fathering. We also seek to partner with local churches where families are already involved and provide proven ways to encourage authentic relationships.
We work well within a men’s ministry, family ministry, military ministry or youth ministry to provide a complimentary experiential learning component that is turnkey and easy to implement. Private schools and home schools also find value in what we offer as an extension of their existing religious curriculum. After identifying a key person within your organization that has a passion for fathering, we provide a “partner kit” that will help introduce, inform and market this value-add resource to fathers and families within your organization. We not only provide a ministry tool for your congregation, we also offer a way for folks to engage as volunteers in a variety of service areas.
Our pre-registration strategy, online registration tool and interactive marketing resources make Compass Ministries a platform that fits well within your current structure. We provide comprehensive follow-up strategies and resources for the growth and development of fathers through the use of individual and small groups materials. We even have a way to engage the whole family on an on-going basis with practical tools that are easy to understand and use at home. We want to help dads in the marketplace and in the military to be better fathers and better husbands.
Breakaways are scheduled throughout the year, thus providing several opportunities for fathers with sons or daughters of various age groups to engage. So, we not only help by adding value to your current ministry efforts, we can also provide a way for you to start a new fathering ministry. Contact us to discuss how together we can help fathers to leave a Godly legacy for future generations.
